Bollywood actor Pooja Bedi is the latest cyberattack victim in the country. It is reported that a cybercriminal group has threatened to hack her website (www.happysoul.in) and sell drugs on the platform if she denies paying the ransom amount.
The website is used by Pooja Bedi for selling organic supplements. Currently, the actor resides in Goa and operates the supplement business from there.
The actor, Pooja Bedi has complained about the threat to the Goa police and an FIR has been registered under Section 66 of the IT Act accordingly.
Moreover, Bedi has come up with a tweet addressing the DGP and Chief Minister of the state as no action taken by the police department.
"Dear @DGP_Goa my ecommerce website http://happysoul.in HACKED AGAIN last night & this time they state if i don't pay ransom they will sell DRUGS on my website. I have registered FIR in old goa police cyber cell last week but no action from cops.

The Goa cyber crime cell (CCC) has started the investigation and is in touch with the website developers.
